Keepmoat

G&H Southeast Ltd has worked with Keepmoat for 10 years on numerous projects across London and Southeast.

Our work on the Old Ford Housing development involved replacing boilers in 450 properties and updating heating systems to ensure all units were as efficient as possible. The project formed part of Keepmoat’s initiatives to boost efficiency in the development, so we had to ensure the boilers met efficiency standards in addition to completing the large project on time.

We also worked on Affinity Sutton projects to assist the asbestos removal from the service ducts. We provided access to each property to allow the removal of asbestos. After these works were carried out we replaced the mechanical services through the tower block to 102 flats and fire rated each floor. On completion we reformed walls and made access doors to the service ducts and replaced kitchens to the Affinity Sutton specification.

Our Parkside tank and pipework change projects additionally carried out cold water storage tanks on some of Keepmoat’s other projects, ensuring the water supply into properties was clean and safe for residents.

Wates

We’ve worked closely with Wates refurbishment projects . Our team of experienced professionals carried out kitchen and bathroom replacements in more than 400 properties, plus a combination of full and partial rewires in a number of its properties on its Lambeth Living and Octavia Housing projects.

Following an in-depth consultation process, we were able to ensure the works carried out fitted to the briefs set and were able to advise on best practice for carrying out the works. As always, our considerate tradesmen were able to carry out agreed works on time and to budget.

Durkan

As an extension of our social housing projects with Durkan, we have fitted a new heating and plumbing system to an extension to a Servite School in Fulham. Although the work was a little different to many of our other projects, our team of professionals was able to take it in their stride and ensure the works were carried out without disruption.

Additionally, we implemented new heating systems and boiler replacements in 550 properties for Tower Hamlets Housing with Durkan. Efficiency was key here, to ensure the materials used would keep costs down for residents while providing a reliable solution throughout the year.

Breyer Group plc

We have worked on two large projects with Breyer Group, including Wyvill Estate Vauxhall where we implemented communal cold water storage tank changes along with down service replacements.

We also worked on anther very large project on the the Dorking Old Town Library , installing new heating systems and bathroom suites with improved drainage and new soil stacks to 16 new build flats.

Western Homes

We recently completed a major project for Western Homes comprising of a new build block of 27 flats, these consisted of gas central heating systems, bathrooms, en suites, new kitchens, these flats were then sold onto local council authority.
